Shipping Policies

All DB-5 Disc Golf Baskets will be shipped via UPS Ground Freight.  Due to increase shipping charges they are no longer included in the price of the basket, in the lower 48 United States.  Please call or email us at customerservice@discsandmore.com for exact charges.  
Allow 10 business days for the DB-5 Lightning disc golf basket to ship, allowing for payment to be processed and all orders to be received. Within a 100 mile radius of Dallas, you can expect your disc golf basket to arrive within 5-7 days!
Please include phone numbers and your email for UPS Ground questions and information you may need for tracking your DB-5. 

Return Policies

All DB-5 Disc Golf Baskets are Unconditionally Guaranteed!  That means if you are not happy with your purchase, you don't think it's as cool as we do, or you should not have spent the money on another "toy"- We will refund your money.
NOTE:  In more than 2 years, only 2 DB-5 Disc Golf Baskets have been returned and neither because of damage or faulty equipment.  You will LOVE this basket and remember our policy of 100% Customer Satisfaction is Guaranteed!

Shipping charges will apply and WILL NOT be refunded with your purchase in case  of return.

Backorder Policy

There should be no reason for any concern on backordered items.  If our disc golf baskets are not available, you will know prior to making your order.  If you would like to set up your own disc golf course, which means you would be ordering 9 to 18 disc golf baskets- Please let me know as soon as you know!  We can give Steve at Lightning a heads up, so we don't have to worry about them being unavailable at the time you want to make your purchase! 

Damaged Goods Policy

If in the event your DB-5 Lightning Disc Golf Basket arrives damaged or broken, simply call us and we will get you a new one.  Every order is unconditionally guaranteed and we pride ourselves on 100% Customer Satisfaction!
